What is your return policy?

Luxury Personified LLP does not cover buyers’ remorse. Orders once made are non-refundable. If the product is deemed as defective on delivery, the recipient may contact Luxury Personified LLP for an exchange.

Exchange policy

Our policy allows for the exchange of item(s) if it meets all of the following criteria:

•            The item(s) is/are returned within seven (7) days from the delivery date
•            The item(s) is/are supported by a proof of purchase (E.g. Receipt, Invoice)
• There is a valid reason for the return or exchange
