Service related process for Cameras falling under the 1 year International Warranty

  • Go to Contact Us on GoPro Website
  • Fill in the necessary details under CONTACT US &
  • Choose an option between CHAT & REQUEST A CALL
  • GoPro shall share troubleshooting tips over email/phone/chat
  • If problem still persists then GoPro shall share the RMA# over the email to the customer basis which the replacement shall take place.
  • The faulty unit has to be couriered by the customer to Luxury Personified address
  • GoPro in turn shall then initiate the replacement once the faulty unit arrives at their country of origin. The replacement product from GoPro shall be couriered the customer address.

Service related process for Cameras falling under the 2nd year Local Warranty

  • Physical damage and water damage cases not considered under the 2nd year warranty period.
  • For any escalations, customer to highlight the case by visiting to our office or mail us at goprosupport@luxurypersonified.in
  • Post inspection of product by LP staff, once approved, replacement model shall be handed over.
  • In case of non-availability of approved replacement model (an EOL or no longer available product) which the customer is eligible for, the customer shall be liable to pay the difference in amount for the upgraded model opted, as the only option.

Terms & Conditions

The Warranty based on Extended Warranty:

  • Extended Warranty (EW) valid on camera with official product hologram purchased in India only.
  • EW applicable on HERO8 Black, MAX, HERO9 Black model only.
  • EW is effective from the date of purchase. 1st year International warranty, 2nd year local EW by Luxury Personified
  • EW is non-transferable and applicable only to the first hand user purchasing the product from an Authorised Dealer of Luxury Personified.
  • To avail extended warranty free of cost, customer needs to register within 1 month from the date of purchase.
  • Luxury Personified has every right to reject if the required documents is missing or manipulated.
  • Does not cover the product of which type or serial number has been altered, removed or defaced.
  • For replacement during the extended warranty, you need the EW issued by Luxury Personified. wherein you need to hand over or send the product to the Luxury Personified Collection Centre in original packaging enclosing the Extended Warranty details.
  • In case of non - availability of approved replacement model (an EOL or no longer available product) which the customer is eligible for, the customer shall be liable to pay the difference in amount for the upgraded model opted for, as the only option.

EW does not cover the following cases:-

  • Due to misue of the product.
  • Due to the adaptation, adjustment, repairs disassembling, and /or cleaning performed on the product by any party other than the Luxury Personified.
  • Due to the exposure to dust, sand, fire, water (beyond 10 meter), shock etc.
  • Due to the mishandling of the product, improper storage, improper care, inadequate safekeeping.
